6 YEAR OLD TRIPOD Retriever Cross
Currently in ALM Animal Sanctuary in Mauritius.
He is able to fly to the U.K. in June if he has an adopter.
He lived on the streets near to shops where he was fed daily.
He was hit by a car and left untreated with severe injuries to his leg.
This became infected and he was left U.K. die.
He was taken to ALM where the decision was made to amputate the leg to stop the infection from spreading and to stop his terrible pain.
He is very easy going and likes to play and his walks but hates being bathed.
He is ok with friendly females but dislikes dominant males.
He is ok with children and children over 8 considered.
He currently weighs 15 kgs and will be a medium sized dog as an adult.
He is sterilised, vaccinated, microchipped and snap tested.
Applications will only be accepted from people who have read all the above information in full and can give the time that young dogs need.
No applications will be replied to from people who work full time or who are out of the home for more than 4 to 5 hours per day unless alternative provisions can be provided to meet the dogs needs.
We do not have kennel facilities in the UK and all our dogs/pups go directly into adoption if they have been assessed as suitable or foster care if they need further assessment.
